What are you working on these days?

On a documentary about older ladies who dress stylishly called Advanced Style

What’s your idea of the perfect NY day?

Riding bike around Brooklyn, have a nice Chai tea somewhere, go to Natural History museum, stop at Farmers’ Market, catch a band playing in the evening.

Favorite films?

Natural Born Killers. Grizzly Man. In The Mood For Love.

What’s the best piece of advice someone ever gave you?

Live today and be curious about the world, that’s the wisdom of Advanced Style ladies.

Do you collect anything?

I like beautiful objects, but I am not really obsessed with anything enough to have a collection.

What are your pet peeves?

Eating on a subway! But I think I have done it myself.

If you were stranded on a desert island and could have one object, what would it be?

Some very good book

3 things on your life-long to-do list:

Travel, travel, travel


Right now, Lolita Lempicka or Kenzo Jungle. Old stuff!

Do you have any superstitions?

I am fighting against typical superstitions, like fear of opening umbrella, but I am wary of religious things, such as having crosses from the church in one’s house, or skulls. I don’t know if that’s superstition, it just makes me feel uncomfortable.

What is your favorite outfit?

Sparkle mixed with print with some stripes

What does style mean to you?

Self expression

What are you listening to right now?

I am not listening to a lot of music usually, but there was some Thin Lizzy lately.

What have you learned working on Advanced Style?

To be courageous and not to care what the others think. And to be active.

Strangest thing inside your handbag?

A fork

What qualities do you require in a lover?

Good sense of humor and somewhat of a style :)
